Speshal Selected Members can do tons of stuff admins can't do.
You will go to strike one/two if you:

Modify posts with Speshal Selected Members do not edit this post
Change My Profile

and other stuff.
To get back up a strike or to get up to the safety zone (From strike 1), you will need to pas a test.
If you fail, you stay where you are.
If you get to strike 3, your account is deleted.
You can also get into strikes by breaking the forum Guinness
If you get into safety zone, you don't get all the stuff you get on regular member.
You can never go higher again.
